Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
This policy covers My Dream Dollhouse Shop (the iPhone, iPad and Android apps) and this website, all made by Two Lizards Games LLC ("we", "us"). If you have any questions, email support@twolizardsgames.com.
The short version: we don't collect any personal information. The game has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts and no chat. Your shop is saved only on your own device. Purchases go through Apple or Google, and we never see your payment details.
What we don't collect
My Dream Dollhouse Shop does not collect, store or share personal information. It does not ask for your name, email address, age, location, contacts or photos. It has:
- no advertising of any kind, and no advertising IDs;
- no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools, our own or anyone else's;
- no accounts, logins, chat, friend lists or ways to message other players.
The game doesn't send your game data to us or to anyone else. It doesn't need the internet to play.
What stays on your device
Your shop (your progress, the shop name you type, your shopkeeper and your settings) is saved on your device, in the app's own storage. We can't see it, and we don't have a copy. Deleting the app deletes it.
Purchases
The game is free to download, with optional one-time purchases (the Full shop and decoration packs). These are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your name, payment card or account details. The store only tells the game which items you own, so they can be unlocked and restored. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies cover how they handle your purchase. Every purchase in the game starts with a grown-up check, and the phone's own parental controls (like Ask to Buy) apply on top.
Optional features
Notifications
In the apps, the game can remind you when your shop's earnings are ready. If you say yes, the reminder is scheduled on your phone itself; nothing is sent to a server. You can turn it off any time in the game's ⚙️ Settings or in your phone's settings.
Saving a picture
If you choose to save a picture of your shop, the app asks permission to add it to your photos. It can't read or look at the photos you already have.
Sharing your shop
If you choose to share your shop, the game makes a picture and a link, and your phone's own share menu sends them
to whoever you pick. The link opens a look-only view of your shop in a web browser, on this website
(twolizardsgames.com/dollhouse-shop/visit/), which keeps nothing about you or the shop. It contains a snapshot of your shop (its rooms, decorations, shopkeeper and shop name),
packed into the part of the link after the #, which browsers never send to any server. Anyone who has
the link can look at that snapshot of your shop. Shop names go through a word filter, which also blocks phone
numbers and web addresses. Nothing is shared unless you tap Share.
This website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical information such as IP addresses to keep its service secure; see GitHub's privacy statement. We don't receive those logs. Our pages use no cookies, no analytics, and no fonts or scripts from other sites.
Children's privacy
My Dream Dollhouse Shop is made for players aged 11 to 15, including children under 13. We designed it to follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the app stores' rules for apps used by children: we don't collect personal information from anyone, of any age, so there's nothing to ask a parent's consent for. There are no ads, no tracking and no way to talk to strangers.
If you email us
If you email us, we'll see your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you. We don't add you to any mailing list or share your email with anyone. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to email us for you. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information, we'll delete it once we've answered. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
Your rights
Because we don't collect personal information, we have nothing to look up, correct, sell or share, wherever you live. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR, email us and we'll help.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the game handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches the game. If a future feature ever needed personal information from children, we would ask for a parent's consent first.
